The Fifth workshop on Application of PCR and RT-PCR in clinical Diagnosis was held between 21st to 26th July 2003 with Dr. Gayathri Arakere, SDTC as the coordinator and Ms. Bharathi D as Demonstrator.

  2. Extraction of total RNA from blood, one step RT-PCR and subsequent analysis of the assay.
